Returns and Refunds Policy
We will always seek to find a mutually agreeable solution should customers wish to return products. However, our normal approach is to replace any faulty hardware and correct any software bugs: return for refund is at our sole discretion. For IP core products which have been provided to the customer on evaluation prior to purchase we will assume that the customer has had adequate opportunity to determine whether the product meets their requirements and will not normally issue refunds. For IP core products which were not provided on evaluation before purchase we will normally provide a refund within 30 days of purchase provided the customer writes a formal letter confirming that all copies of the product have been deleted. If Algotronix had to apply for an export licence in order to supply the cryptographic IP core to your country we may make a charge for our time. For software products protected by a USB key we will normally provide a refund within 30 days of purchase providing the key is returned to us along with a formal letter stating that all copies of the software have been deleted. For hardware products sourced from outside Algotronix we will normally provide a refund only if they are returned within 10 days of purchase in the unopened original packaging. Customers should contact Algotronix for authorisation before sending any apparently faulty hardware items back to us for replacement or refund.

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Algotronix Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Algotronix Ltd. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Algotronix Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Algotronix Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Algotronix Ltd. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Algotronix Ltd. without notice at any time, for any reason.
